Kokopelli is a mythical character often represented as a hunchback flute player, out of the ancient beliefs of the Natives from the American South-West. In this art piece Kokopelli is silhouetted against a beautiful orange sky reminiscent of sunsets in Arizona.

Koru “New Life”
This piece in glass embedded in a small piece of wood also reflects the koru symbol of life. The koru is a spiral shape based on the appearance of a new unfurling silver fern frond. It is an integral symbol in Maori art, carving and tattooing, where it symbolizes new life.

Kaleidoscope: This piece was designed for a client who wanted a colorful piece reflecting like a kaleidoscope. The colors change as the day progresses and the sunlight moves across the sky. Dalle de verre faceted glass reflects colors in a splendid fashion.
Midnight Mission: Mission churches are iconic in the Southwestern United States and this beautiful piece incorporates the intensity of the desert sky with the warm glow of lights from the mission church, welcoming you inside.
Phoenix: Each morning in the Valley of the Sun we enjoy the brilliance of the sun as it rises over the mountains and a new day begins in the desert. This particular piece is presented in a wooden frame and will bring joy even on a cloudy day.
Kokopelli: The Kokopelli is venerated by some Native American cultures in the Southwestern United States and is a symbol of fertility presiding over both childbirth and agriculture. This metal piece is placed in front of a swirled piece of Dalle de verre.

Symbol of Life: The koru symbol ( Maori for “loop”) is a spiral shaped based on the shape of a new unfurling silver fern frond symbolizing new life, growth, strength and peace. It is an integral symbol in Maori art, carving and tattoos. This piece is done in the brilliant orange glass and the faceted glass adds motion to the symbol.
Life In Motion: This piece uses bands of several colors to show motion and was made for my daughter Betsy who’s family is heavily into sports, and particularly soccer. It was a fun piece to create.
Pinwheel: The pinwheel is meant to show motion in colors found in nature. This was my first Dalle de verre piece and hooked me on the possibilities of refracted light and its magic.
The Mighty Saguaro: The Saguaro cactus is found only in the Sonoran Desert in the Arizona and Mexican Region of Sonora. And this piece made from a wine barrel band shaped like a cactus reflects the colors and texture of the mighty saguaro cactus. This piece has solar lights on the back of the glass so it glows at night after soaking up the sun all day long.
The Spiral: This was my first Dalle de verre piece which incorporated a wood slab and glass. This large piece of mesquite wood was carved out and a Dalle de verre glass piece designed to add vibrancy to nature's beautiful work.
Oh Christmas Tree: This tree is a smaller piece using iconic Christmas cookie shapes to reflect the joy of the Christmas season. Framed in a aluminum metal frame it's meant to bring back memories of Christmas’s past.
Twinkle Twinkle: This piece is an LED backlit wreath piece I created for my wife Nancy for Christmas in 2016. It uses a recycled metal tractor wheel as the frame with shapes of the holiday season. The middle piece can be changed to reflect different seasons.
Ebb and Flow: This piece is designed to reflect the ever moving tides of the ocean and the skies above. This piece is made with streaking Dalle de verre and shows motion and movement. I made this for my daughter Jen who lives near the ocean and it also reminded me of our time in Hawaii.
